
Tina Towers has over 35 years of executive human resource generalist experience and is the owner and founder of Carolina HR Consulting LLC. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered near Charlotte, NC. Clients include ARAMARK, the Town of Mooresville NC, the U.S. Army, Delaware Valley Psychological Services and GeoStrategy. Prior to founding Carolina HR Consulting, Tina held a variety of executive positions with ARAMARK and the Sunbeam Corporation.
Tina’s combination of both industry experience and professional consulting provides competencies in multiple arenas. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, international HR consulting, training and organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, change management and communications, long and short term incentive development, executive coaching, behavioral interview development, organizational climate assessment, succession planning and strategic staffing.
Over the course of her career, Tina has led the strategic human resource development of a high potential operating division, was the senior human resource lead for two human resource management system implementation projects, has had long term international assignments with Mexico, Japan and Korea, South America and Australia including a four month assignment in Sydney during the 2000 Olympic Games. She also had full responsibility for the human resource function during two large corporate acquisitions.
